Raymond currently serves as the Managing Partner of the firm.

RICHARD S. POE​​
Partner
Richard ("Rick") Poe has practiced law in his native, Charlotte, NC, since 1981. He graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC and attended the School of Law at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC.
​
Rick's practice is concentrated in the resale market and he spends the bulk of his time assisting realtors in
closing their deals. Rick is also a licensed real estate broker so he knows first-hand the pressures, cares and concerns of the real estate broker in taking a transaction from contract to closing. He is particularly sensitive to adopting strategies to streamline the process and help agents get their deals closed smoothly and efficiently.

JACOB O. PICKETT
Partner
Jake was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina. Jake earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from High Point University, and earned his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law where he served as an editor on the Business Journal, and as a Business Fellow.
Upon graduation, Jake joined our firm as an Associate Attorney with a primary focus on residential real estate. Jake understands the delicacies of each real estate transaction and works diligently with each client to make sure their transaction goes smooth from contract to closing.
Jake currently manages our title review, and assists with our refinance and cash transactions. Jake also works closely with investor clients.

EMILY CABRERA
​
Emily joined our team in April of 2022 as a paralegal. She graduated from ECPI University in 2017 with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. She currently assists with title requests and preparing files for closing with the corresponding attorney. Emily is fluent in Spanish and is the point of contact for all Spanish-speaking clients.
