RAYMOND L. LANCASTER
Raymond is a Charlotte native and has been practicing real estate law in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest School of Law. Raymond has represented some of the largest home builders in the Charlotte area for decades and also has extensive experience in will preparation.
Mackenzie is from Williamsburg, Virginia. She graduated from the University of Virginia and then attended Elon University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor.
RICHARD S. POE
Richard ("Rick") Poe has practiced law in his native, Charlotte, NC, since 1981. He graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC and attended the School of Law at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC.
Rick's practice is concentrated in the resale market and he spends the bulk of his time assisting realtors in
closing their deals. Rick is also a licensed real estate broker so he knows first-hand the pressures, cares and concerns of the real estate broker in taking a transaction from contract to closing. He is particularly sensitive to adopting strategies to streamline the process and help agents get their deals closed smoothly and efficiently.
H. LEE ROUSE III
Lee is originally from Trenton, NC, where he grew up working on his family's farm. He graduated from Campbell University and then went on to attend Charlotte School of Law, where he graduated with Honors with his Juris Doctor. Since receiving his license, Lee's primary area of practice has been real estate law. He enjoys helping clients go from contract to closing as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
WILLIAM H. TROTTER JR
Will has been practicing real estate law for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University and is a Charlotte native.
Yvonne has been with the firm for over 25 years and specializes in builder new construction closings as well as refinances. She is currently our receptionist/paralegal.
Jennifer is originally from New York. She has been with the firm for over 18 years. She works out of the office remotely and communicates with sellers and their agents to gather all of the required documents for closing.
In Memory of
Caroline Beason was a vital part of our law firm for 25 years. Her untimely death has saddened us all. She worked tirelessly to take care of our clients. We were honored to have known and worked with her for so long. She will be greatly missed.
