Lancaster, Trotter & Poe PLLC is a firm of five attorneys that average 35 years each of experience, practicing primarily in the residential real estate field. Our attorneys have vast experience representing developers, home builders, mortgage lenders, REO lending divisions, title insurance companies, and individual buyers and sellers. We have been called upon many times to assist with forming new subdivisions and preparing covenants, conditions, and restrictions for new homeowner's associations. We also handle commercial transactions and provide counsel to property owners dealing with foreclosures, short sales, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. We pride ourselves on working closely with you, your real estate agent, your lender, and all other parties involved in transactions to make your property ownership experience a success.
Our paralegal staff is made up of paralegals that average 20-30 years of experience. Our paralegals know and have worked extensively with most of the mortgage lenders that operate in our market and will work to assure that your closing is handled in a timely and professional manner.
